Honoring Excellence

Each year, the Ohio Assisted Living Association (OALA) recognizes outstanding associates from member communities across Ohio. These honorees exemplify leadership, compassion, creativity, and excellence.

To nominate someone, click the link below, download a form, or scan the QR code. Self‑nominations are welcome. A committee of the OALA Board of Trustees and Leadership Council reviews all submissions.

Nominations are open through August 31, 2026. Winners will be notified by September 28, 2026, and honored on November 9, 2026, with awards presented during Monday’s Mix & Mingle reception at 4:45 p.m. Recipients will also be recognized through local media, OALA social channels, and our website.
