OALA PAC
The Ohio Assisted Living Association Political Action Committee (OALA PAC) is a state political action committee formed to support elected officials and candidates who have demonstrated commitment to the issues important to Ohio’s assisted living providers.
Why contribute to the OALA PAC?
OALA PAC was formed to complement and amplify the association’s voice on policy issues critical to our members. The ability to support senior living advocates in election and reelection efforts with campaign contributions will help to ensure that our voice is heard and our issues are well represented in defining moments.
Who can contribute to the OALA PAC?
• Unincorporated member organizations of OALA, such as partnerships and LLCs;
• Stockholders of member corporations;
• Officers, directors, and trustees of the OALA and its members; and
• Employees of OALA and its members.
• OALA PAC cannot solicit our industry partners (IPs) but can accept voluntary contributions from IPs.
• OALA PAC cannot solicit or receive contributions from corporations or labor organizations.
By proceeding with this transaction, you affirm that:
- The contribution is made from your personal funds and not from funds provided or to be provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- You are at least eighteen years old.
- You are making the contribution with a personal credit or debit card issued in your name and not with a corporate, business or labor union card.
- You are a U.S. citizen or U.S. national. [Contributions by individuals with permanent resident status in the U.S. (green card holders) are prohibited.]
