Bio: Bryan is currently a Divisional Operations Specialist with Brookdale Senior Living, responsible for operational support for Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Communities across 7 states.

Bryan has over 28 years of experience working in the senior living industry. Bryan has worked as a Regional Field Specialist, Regional Team Leader, and Executive Director throughout his career.

Bryan has an extreme passion for working with the senior population by providing excellent customer experiences and engaging the senior population in life-enriching experiences that provide meaning and purpose to each individual’s life daily.

Bryan obtained his Master's in Business Administration from Bluffton University. He has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University. Bryan taught Healthcare Leadership courses at Wright State University Lake Campus as an adjunct professor.
