Bio: Jediah M. Love is the Chief Executive Officer of the Area Agency on Aging 9, where he leads a team of over 125 professionals dedicated to serving older adults and their caregivers across Ohio.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, aging services, and financial management, Jediah has a proven track record of driving organizational transformation and fostering high-performing teams. Under his leadership, the agency successfully navigated significant financial challenges while preserving morale and strengthening its culture. Jediah is passionate about empowering individuals, removing barriers to success, and creating workplaces where staff feel valued and engaged. His approach to leadership emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and servant leadership—principles that have consistently delivered measurable results.

Jediah holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Mount Union. 

In his spare time, Jediah helps on his family’s commercial beef operation in eastern Ohio—a farm that has been in his family for three generations—where he values hard work, tradition, and community. He is also LEAN Green Belt certified, bringing a continuous improvement mindset to every initiative.
