Bio: Kathy Moore is a human resource professional with more than 25 years of experience in the field. She currently serves as Chief Human Relations Officer at the Area Agency, where she partners with leadership to strengthen workforce strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness in service of the nonprofit mission. 

In her spare time, she enjoys being an adjunct instructor for Muskingum University and spending time with her granddaughter.

Kathy holds an MBA from Franklin University and is SHRM-CP certified.
