License Renewal Notice from the Medical Board

Important Notice

The Physician Assistant Certificate to Practice renewal was mailed to you yesterday.  However, the paper version of the renewal was mailed instead of the online version.  Your online notice is being mailed from our office within the next few days.  Please renew using the online notice – it is much quicker and easier to complete, and your renewal can be processed much faster.  PLEASE DO NOT DO BOTH!!  If you do not wish to renew online, you may use the paper renewal, but it will take longer to process.
