House of Delegates

The AAPA House of Delegates (HOD) holds the responsibility to “enact policies establishing the collective values, philosophies, and principles of the PA profession.”

Ohio currently holds 7 delegate seats and 2 alternates. These elected individuals represent all PAs of Ohio and OAPA at the AAPA HOD Meetings. The number of delegates (votes) is determined by how many AAPA members reside in the state/chapter.

In other words, more membership involvement equates to more representation for advancing PA initiatives for Ohio!
