The webinar will explore how the Rural Health Transformation Program can support workforce development, expand clinical training capacity, and strengthen partnerships in rural and underserved communities. Participants will hear from representatives from state agencies who will share examples and guidance related to funding opportunities, rural workforce initiatives and investments in their states, preceptor recruitment and support efforts, training incentives, and partnership models that can expand clinical training capacity and strengthen the health workforce pipeline.
