Dr. John Maxwell's 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership - Grandview Heights
This intensive 3-day program will take participants through the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership as they apply to today's fire service. The program will challenge participants to look closely at themselves and identify ways to become a more influential leader in their organizations. It is intended for current officers and senior firefighters preparing to assume leadership roles in their department.
The Maxwell Program requires a significant commitment as it involves multiple application assignments to be completed post class. You will be assigned a program mentor who will help you develop all 21 skills that Dr. Maxwell has identified as key leadership traits.
