Staff Pharmacist - Long Term Care

About the Opportunity:
Crosby's is one of the largest independent pharmacies in the state of Ohio. We are looking for a Pharmacist candidate for our Long Term Care division who is aggressive, understands long term care pharmacy services, enjoys working with the developmentally disabled, nursing, caregivers and more. We are more closed door, however, we do have clientele coming in to pick up orders. Must have great customer service skills, patience, understand Medication Administrative Reviews, Physician Orders, extremely detailed and communication by phone and mostly by email. Must be able to guide technicians and work with them when they have questions and keep up with the safest and fastest pace they can. This pharmacist position would prefer to come with experience, however, we are eager to train with our specific guidelines. Must be extremely computer oriented and a huge plus if you know Pioneer Software. Crosby's has a very energetic, fun atmosphere and we are looking for that individual who likes working with others and is able to manage technicians. Must also be able to communicate and work with all of Crosby's other divisions including Retail Pharmacy, Fitting Division, Durable Medical Equipment Division and Compounding to coordinate orders.
