Bylaws
Bylaws are rules adopted by an organization chiefly for the government of its members and the regulation of its affairs (Merriam-Webster).

Proposals to amend Ohio Pharmacists Association's Bylaws shall be made in support by five (5) Active Members of the Association. Such proposals shall be submitted to the Executive Director not later than sixty-five (65) days prior to the Annual Meeting of the Association, Such proposals shall be considered by the Resolutions and Bylaws Committee which shall support or oppose such proposal, or offer amendments to it, or have no recommendation.
