DESCRIPTION
This symposium is intended to disseminate current information to the practicing hematologists and oncologists to improve the overall standard treatment of blood disorders. Participation in this event is intended for physicians, fellows, residents, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals who are interested in the current state of the field.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Henry Ford Health and Michigan Society of Hematology & Oncology (MSHO). Henry Ford Health is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  Henry Ford Health designates this live course for a maximum of 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits(s) TM. Physicians should only claim the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
