CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
This program has been approved for 5.5 continuing education units by PMI (Practice Management Institute) for those holding a CMOM or CMOM-HEMONC credential.

This program meets AAPC guidelines for 5.5 CEUs. Can be split between Core A and all specialties except CIRCC for continuing education units.

• Non-MSHO Member: $75.00

Register After April 15

• MSHO Member: $75.00
• Non-MSHO Member: $150.00

No refunds will be granted after April 15.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
While CDC guidelines may be changing, MSHO is still following all of the health & safety protocols outlined below. 

Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be required for all meeting attendees, speakers, and MSHO staff.

To confirm you are fully vaccinated, you will be required to either bring in your physical COVID-19 vaccination card, provide an electronic picture of your vaccination card, or show us your electronic card using an app such as Clear or Vaxx.  No other documentation will be accepted as proof of vaccination.

If you are unable to provide the necessary documentation, you will not be permitted in the conference area. 

As an extra layer of precaution, masks must be worn during all indoor events.

                · Are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the CDC
                · Are not under any self-quarantine orders
                · Acknowledge and will abide by the above health and safety requirements.
