Health Can't Wait - GREAT NEWS!

Michigan's Prior Authorization Bill SB247 Passed and is Headed to the Governor for Signing into Law!

SB 247 Prior Authorization passed out of the House with a vote of 103 (yes) and 2 (no).  The Senate unanimously concurred in House changes to SB 247 and it is now headed to the Governor's desk for signing into law.  We fully expect the signing to occur in the coming days.

Another victory for our patients to receive the care they deserve!  

Thank you to all our members who took action and wrote letters to their representatives, testified at hearings and met one on one with law makers. Your commitment to your patients is what helped this legislation cross the finish line.
