Laura D. Eschleman is a partner at Nall & Miller, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. Matthew Feldman, Esq.

Matthew S. Feldman graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Mr. Feldman also graduated from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs with a Master of International Affairs and a certificate from Columbia’s Middle East Institute before attending the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where he obtained his law degree and a certificate of concentration in international law.  Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Feldman worked in the technology sector specializing in business consulting, software development and support.

Rated as a Super Lawyer, Mr. Feldman concentrates his practice in corporate formations and transactions, foreclosure settlements, professional liability matters, personal and corporate tax matters, the renewable energy sector, contracts, negotiations, debtor/creditor issues, international, health, and labor and employment law, advising employers on the drafting and negotiation of non-compete agreements, and the preparation of employment policies and handbooks.  Mr. Feldman has defended against employment discrimination suits before the New York State Division of Human Rights (DHR) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and represented employers in private labor arbitrations.  Mr. Feldman maintains a foreign language proficiency in both Arabic and Spanish to benefit his domestic and international clients.
