OPA offers Scholarships for New Technician Membership
Becoming a pharmacy technician member of OPA offers valuable benefits for your career, but we understand that the cost of membership can be a barrier for some. Pharmacy technician salaries vary widely, and while some can easily afford to get involved, others may need financial support.
That’s why OPA has established the Pharmacy Technician Scholarship Fund to ensure that passionate technicians have the opportunity to engage, grow, and contribute to our profession, regardless of financial circumstances. A limited number of scholarship awards are available.
Our profession needs as many voices as possible to advocate for and elevate the role of pharmacy technicians. If financial constraints have kept you or a pharmacy technician on your team from joining OPA, we encourage pharmacy technicians to apply for a scholarship or pharmacists to encourage a co-worker to apply.
