Description: The bill makes a number of changes to county law, including:

Exempting improvement projects for minor repairs from the requirement to obtain specifications and estimates from an architect or engineer.
Increases the threshold at which the county prosecutor is required to approve improvement contracts from $1,000 to $20,000.
Simplifies the process for donating unneeded property.
Allows a county prosecutor to provide legal services to a transportation improvement district.
Specifies that a county coroner performing an autopsy at the request of another county coroner does not constitute private practice of medicine.
