Pairings, Ohio's Wine & Culinary Experience
The new hot spot in viticulture and local food is North East Ohio! Be a part of the transformation! The Committee behind Pairings, Ohio's Wine & Culinary Experience, is seeking a sophisticated, enthusiastic professional to direct and manage the successful launch and operation of Windows on Pairings. We want someone who will appreciate and thrive on the opportunity this is to get in on the ground floor of building only the fifth wine and culinary center in the United States.
The Director is the Chief Executive Officer, reports to the President of the Board of Directors, and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Preferred three to seven years of management or business or related customer service experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality Management or equivalent, or
equivalent industry experience with a willingness to learn about the state’s wines, local food and
agriculture
3. Ability to obtain a food safety certification or other certifications deemed necessary
4. Demonstrable ability to manage sales and personnel
5. Must be competent with POS software, Microsoft Office suite, desktop publishing and social media
6. Able to perform some physical labor such as lifting 40 lbs for events, stocking merchandise, etc.
7. Ability to be bonded
