Andy Clayton, CFSP, is a second-generation licensed Indiana funeral director and current Executive Director of the Indiana Funeral Directors Association. A graduate of Mid-America College of Funeral Service and Indiana University, he has been actively involved in funeral service since 1991.
Andy is a Past President of IFDA, 2013-14; a past member of the Indiana State Board of Funeral and Cemetery Service; past Indiana Policy Board Representative to the National Funeral Directors Association; and a lifetime Certified Funeral Service Practitioner, CFSP, through the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice since 2002.

After graduating from UMass-Boston in 2019 where Justin played 4 years of NCAA ice hockey – he began his Federated career in 2020 where he was a successful marketing representative in Boston, MA. Nicholas Lenzo is a District Marketing Manager for Federated Insurance Companies. Originally from Lowell, IN he graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Actuarial Science in 2015. He began his career with Federated the same year as a Marketing Development Trainee. In February 2016 he accepted the position of Marketing Representative in Mishawaka, IN. In July of 2019 he was asked to step into his current leadership role. He, his wife Christina, and children Rose, Elizabeth, and Jaxon currently live in Plymouth, IN where the district headquarters resides.
As a District Manager for Federated, Nicholas leads a team of 10 Marketing Representatives with territories across Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan generating over $35,000,000 in annual premium. Federated offers direct access to an insurance carrier that specializes in protecting small to medium sized businesses across the country.

Schuyler Stutzman started as a Risk Consultant with Federated Insurance nearly 7 years ago. He has added additional titles in recent years – Senior Risk Consultant in 2023 and Fire Prevention Specialist in 2024.
Schuyler enjoys working with Federated Insurance's clients – business owners, decision makers, and intelligent & interesting people – to talk about operations, industry trends, best practices, and the many resources we have available to assist them. He strives daily to carry out Federated’s mission statement “Our value is measured by the success of our clients”.
