Ruthann Disotell is a 1975 graduate of Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science, a licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer in New Jersey and has worn ‘all the hats’ in this field. She has served on the Board of the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice, has been tapped for the inaugural Board of Pierce Mortuary Schools Alumni Association, and is regarded for her long career in funeral service as an owner, designer, and developer of new ways to serve the grieving and the industry that cares for them. She is a Life Celebrant, the director of CelebrationofaLifetime.com since 2006 and is the only Certified Celebrant to offer the Service of Remembrance at NFDA. James Fletcher is a Certified Funeral Service Practitioner and a Business Performance Analyst and Regional Sales Director for Matthews Aurora Funeral Solutions. James has worked with hundreds of funeral homes across the country over the last ten years to increase their revenue per call. He is a licensed Indiana Funeral Director and now resides in Florida with his wife and three daughters.

Brad has worked for the Department of Labor for 17 years. His career began as an Environmental, Safety and Health Coordinator at CNS, a steel processing company in Terre Haute. In 2008, Brad came to the DOL as an industrial hygiene compliance officer, and a few years later, transferred to the INSafe division. Brad has a Bachelor Of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Indiana University School of Health, and earned his Master's in Human Resource Development at Indiana State University. Brad resides in Bloomington, IN, and conducts most consultations in Southern and Central Indiana.

Gary began his career as a Safety and Environmental Manager in the private sector before joining the Indiana Department of Labor as a compliance safety and health officer for IOSHA. After nearly two decades, Gary joined INSafe in September 2013 as a health consultant. He is a graduate of Illnois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety. He is a Certified Safety Professional. He conducts most consultations out of north-central Indiana.

Andy Clayton, CFSP, is a second-generation licensed Indiana funeral director and current Executive Director of the Indiana Funeral Directors Association. A graduate of Mid-America College of Funeral Service and Indiana University, he has been actively involved in funeral service since 1991.
Andy is a Past President of IFDA, 2013-14; a past member of the Indiana State Board of Funeral and Cemetery Service; past Indiana Policy Board Representative to the National Funeral Directors Association; and a lifetime Certified Funeral Service Practitioner, CFSP, through the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice since 2002.
