REMINDER: BCBSM Physical Modality Claims Require GP Modifier

Effective May 1, 2020, all outpatient physical modality claims must be appended with the GP modifier, which indicates that the service was delivered under an outpatient physical therapy plan of care. As of this date, all outpatient professional claims billed without the GP modifier will be rejected.
