Emerging Planning Professionals
Emerging Planning Professionals are working students, entry-level-to-mid-level planners, those in planning-adjacent fields, or individuals embarking on encore careers. Whether equipped with a brand new planning degree, shifting focus in their career, or tackling that first professional planning position, EPP’s offer ambition, passion and potential, and often have questions about how to get to where they want to go.
As the Michigan Chapter of the American Planning Association, MAP works to strategically connect emerging planners with member services, training and leadership opportunities to grow their professional expertise and experience.
