DESCRIPTION: The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services related to the development, drafting, and presentation of a uniform set of historic district design guidelines, as well as to guide the development of economic and technical feasibility and hardship documents detailing the specific criteria that an applicant must meet in order to be eligible for such associated flexibility.
