We are looking for engaging, innovative physicians to serve as foundational clinical leaders for two new psychiatrist-led specialty behavioral health clinics. In this role, you will: work with a dedicated clinical team that includes APPs, Therapists, Care Managers and a strong, professional support staff; provide direct patient care utilizing psychopharmacology and measurement-based treatment; develop and implement clinical pathways; collaborate with Integrated Behavioral Health team in the PCPs offices; participate in monitoring outcomes—quality and clinical; and participate in the conception and implementation of practice and program development.
