OPRA is pleased to announce the next session of the QIDP Peer Learning Initiative will be held on Wednesday, May 20th at Mount Aloysius.
QIDPs are often expected to lead without formal authority — balancing advocacy, accountability, collaboration, and compliance all at once.
This session will explore the unique role QIDPs play in guiding teams, supporting staff, navigating difficult conversations, and ensuring that ISPs are not only written well, but truly implemented in day-to-day practice.
Together with OPRA’s very own Pete Moore, we’ll discuss the challenges of being “caught in the middle,” strategies for effective leadership and supervision, and ways QIDPs can influence quality outcomes while strengthening the entire interdisciplinary team.
