THANK YOU for attending the OPRA Spring Conference!
OPRA 2022 Spring Conference Program
FAQs
SAFETY
To ensure the health and safety of all of our guests, we will be implementing the following precautions during the
2022 OPRA Spring Conference.
- Participants may be asked to show proof of either vaccination or a negative COVID test, which was taken within 48 hours of arriving at the Conference if requested by OPRA staff.
- Participants who have been exposed to COVID within the last 10 days prior to the Conference may not attend.
- Participants who have been diagnosed with COVID within the last 10 days prior to the Conference may not attend.
- Participants who are experiencing COVID symptoms may not attend, unless they have had a negative test.
- At this time, we do not believe that masks will be required, but participants may wear them if they wish. This may change depending on local rules, requirements, recommendations or ordinances. If masks are required, participants will wear a mask at all times which covers their nose and mouth inside the venue, except while eating and drinking. “Gaiters” are not acceptable as a face mask. Plastic face shields or goggles may be worn in addition to masks, but are not replacements.
- Participants assume all risks associated with, resulting from, or arising in connection with, attendance and/or participating, in the Conference of Conference-related activities, including without limitation, all risks of theft, loss, harm, damage, illness or sickness (including those caused by known or unknown infectious diseases).
Virtual Conference Experience:
The hybrid format of the 2022 OPRA Spring Conference has been designed precisely to ensure that everyone can participate, even if they are unwilling to get vaccinated, wear face coverings, or believe they may be sick or may have been in close contact with someone who is sick. Therefore, we ask anyone who is unable or unwilling to adhere to the protocols described above to participate in the 2022 OPRA Spring Conference virtually.
