ProviderGuide Plus

ProviderGuide Plus is the result of a collaborative effort between multiple stakeholders and is sponsored by the Ohio Provider Resources Association (OPRA), the Ohio Association of County Boards of Developmental Disabilities (OACB), and the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) to develop a statewide provider rating tool. 

The tool is designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and families to easily find agency providers of Medicaid-funded long-term services and supports, including home and community-based waiver services and intermediate care facility services. ProviderGuide Plus also allows for service recipients to write public and anonymous reviews of thier agency providers and allows perspective service recipients to read these reviews. OPRA, OACB, and DODD hope ProviderGuide Plus will encourage stakeholders to collectively cultivate a more customer service based industry.
