Compensation and Benefits Survey
2026 Survey
OPRA’s Compensation and Benefits Survey is a biennial survey that started over two decades ago to understand the current status of the workforce supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This year's survey remains largely the same as the 2024 survey with some minor tweaks to better capture wage information.
Survey Report Purpose
The purpose of the Survey is to help OPRA Members benchmark their compensation and other related human resource management systems against fellow Ohio providers.
Survey Report Completion
The 2026 data collection tool with instructions for survey submission will be distributed to OPRA Members in early April. All OPRA Members who complete the survey will get complimentary electronic access to the final survey report. The final report will also be available for purchase for non-participating providers.
OPRA contracts with a third party (Compensation Resources) to conduct, analyze, and report the survey results. All individual survey responses are kept confidential with the third-party vendor. The final report only publishes aggregate responses and complies with federal anti-trust wage survey reporting requirements.
