California Act Could Impact FPDA Members

A new California law that took effect this month, designed to address the problem of trafficking in slave labor, could have an impact on wholesaler-distributors across the country.  This law will require a covered company to disclose its "efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from its direct supply chain for tangible goods offered for sale."
