April: Transparency in the Workplace: Why it Matters and How to Practice It

According to a 2023 year-end study by the Gallup organization, only 33% of US employees are engaged in their jobs, which is down from 40% in 2019. We will discuss what information is most valuable to share with team members, who should share the information and why. We will also explore the potential pitfalls of transparency and how to avoid them. The goal will be to equip participants with information on the importance of transparency and to encourage appropriate strategies that develop trust, resulting in cultures of collaboration and innovation leading to increased organizational success.
