Position Description:
This position is responsible for the oversight of all day-to-day activities within the Nursing Department.
Duties:
Functions of the position include:
- Supervision of Nursing personal.
- Scheduling coverage of nursing personnel.
- Development and delivery of Individual’s medical/nursing Individual Plans (IP’s) in accordance with applicable rules, policies, and procedures.
- Provides direct nursing services as required due to call offs, etc.
- Communicates extensively with families, guardians, residential staff, residential managers, professional providers, and day providers in order to coordinate the Individual’s medical needs.
- Ability to travel within Lake County
Requirements & Preferences:
Educational Requirements:
- LPN or RN Certification/Licensure: CPR, First Aid, LPN or RN License issued by the State of Ohio
Preferred Experience:
- Long-term care and Developmental Disabilities experience
Compensation:
Salary starting at $52,456.00 - $60,324.00
