2026 Membership Dues

Thank you for your support in 2025! IFDA's membership year ends December 31, 2025, and your membership renewal is due January 1, 2026. We invite you to renew your membership and help us shape an even more impactful year ahead.

You may renew your membership online (watch for email tomorrow 11/13/25) or you can mail your dues form (arriving next week) with a check or credit card.

Please note that you can change the amounts listed in the Legislative and Education Foundation donation lines! You can also change the number of death certificates you filed in 2025 if the number listed is incorrect. Please make any other changes necessary on the form or in the yellow box if you renew online.
