What is a Wellness & Enrichment Service Line
&
How Could Your Organization Benefit?

About the session:
Discover the Power of a Unified Approach to Resident Well-Being

What if you could take one strategic step that sparks innovation, strengthens collaboration, and transforms the experience for those across your organization? In this session, you’ll step into that possibility, exploring how you can lead the way in reimagining well-being.

Guided by the story of Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community’s creation of a dedicated Wellness & Enrichment division, uniting wellness, arts, chaplaincy, and enrichment, you’ll see what’s possible when silos give way to synergy.

You’ll uncover practical insights into the structures, roles, and partnerships that make this model thrive, and you’ll leave with clear, actionable ideas to bring holistic well-being to life in your own organization.

Following this session, you will be able to:

  • Identify the benefits of having an intentional Wellness & Enrichment division/service-line
  • Outline the key positions that can fall under this designated division/service-line
  • Understand the overall impact a Wellness & Enrichment division/service-line can have both on your own campus and in the greater community
  • Highlight the unique and innovative partnerships and programs made possible by this organizational structure
