Marketing Director
Regina Health Center is a FIVE-STAR rated, mission and faith-based skilled nursing facility located in Richfield, Ohio currently seeking a full-time experienced Marketing Director. The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan that will develop relationships with the community, health care organizations, hospitals and physicians. The Marketing Director will communicate and support the mission and value statement of Regina Health Center and develop a plan to educate the community and health care organizations of the quality services provided at Regina Health Center, which include skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation and assisted living services.
This position is an external marketing position that will work with local community agencies to generate a positive image and encourage referral activities, responsible for updating and managing all social media networks, participate in industry trade shows and marketing activities, develops strategies to maximize admissions including contact with potential referral sources, support business development activities and establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources, maintain working knowledge of local market trends and competition, develop and implement education programs for the community to promote facility services and ensure effective team communication with Regina Health Center’s facility directors and staff.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills and demonstrated experience in creating successful marketing and public relations. Experience in long-term care marketing preferred.
