HVAC Maintenance Technician
Friendship Village Columbus is seeking a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to add to our exceptional team and community. This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant, preventative maintenance, routine service, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment, HVAC systems, and plumbing repairs.
Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience with technical schooling and HVAC certification. Must enjoy working with the senior population and possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
