Director of Revenue Cycle
Genacross Lutheran Services has an immediate opening for a full-time Director of Revenue Cycle. This position is responsible for directing and overseeing the overall policies, objectives and initiatives of the revenue cycle activities to optimize financial interaction along the care continuum. Additional responsibilities will include review, design, and implementation of processes surrounding admissions, pricing, billing, third party payer relationships, compliance, collections and other financial analysis to ensure the revenue cycle is effective and efficient for billing and accounts receivable for long-term care, home health, adult day, and family and youth services.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred with prior experience in a long-term care environment required. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be computer literate in Windows and Microsoft Office.
