Opening Session 

Friday, April 28: 7-8p

In November 2019, stakeholder representatives from chiropractic national and state organizations, colleges, state associations, corporate partners, individual practitioners and more joined together to share ideas focused on what the future of chiropractic looks like in the coming years, with a goal of identifying a specific effort that a diverse group of individuals and organizations could support. It was concluded that the profession needs a strategic plan that will lead the entire profession into a thriving future.

After intensely spirited and collaborative workgroup sessions representing the breadth of the profession, an historic, actionable, measurable roadmap – The Future of Chiropractic Strategic Plan – has been developed and is in the process of being implemented.

Our keynote speakers include some of the forces behind the plan, including:

  • Jay Greenstein: Member, Leadership Committee; Chair, ChiroTech Consortium
  • Donald Reno: Chair, Government Affairs Workgroup
  • Dan Spencer: Member, Government Affairs Workgroup
  • Kristine Dowell and Kristi Hudson: Members, Intra-Profession Communications Workgroup

The goals and objectives of the Plan reflect the voices of nearly 4,000 chiropractic professionals. Each goal, as well as the language included, has been debated, discussed, and ultimately agreed upon by professionals representing the diverse philosophies, practice styles, and careers that make up the chiropractic profession.

As chiropractors across the state of Michigan and the nation strive to become THE most trusted health care providers in their communities – to become true Agents of Change in our healthcare system – the future of the profession is more important than ever before, and the implementation of The Future of Chiropractic Strategic Plan is critical to the success of the profession!

Also, MAC leadership will be on hand to discuss the important topics facing the profession in the Mitten State. MAC President Dr. Robert Markle will discuss the “State of the MAC,” the national Medicare legislation, and other issues important to the profession. This meeting is NOT TO BE MISSED!

Saturday, April 29: 9p-Midnight

The Sweet 16 theme continues! All MAC Presidents, Ambassadors, and Century Club members are invited to come to the Arcadia II Ballroom for this exciting event, which features fantastic music, tasty hors d’oeuvres, and an open bar. Join your peers and MAC leadership at this exclusive event, which celebrates our convention theme – The MAC’s Sweet 16!  

Alumni Lunches – Life, Palmer

Saturday, April 29, 12-2p.

Join your fellow alumni for these informative lunch presentations sponsored by Life and Palmer. Hear updates and news from your alma mater while enjoying a great meal with your college friends and chiropractic colleagues. Note: Lunches are FREE for alumni, but you must pre-register. 

Saturday Reception!

Saturday, April 29: 6-7p. Exhibit Hall.

Join us as we continue our Sweet 16 theme for this fantastic Saturday evening reception immediately following classes! Featuring snacks and refreshments, this is another chance to meet and greet our vendors and your peers! And, as you make your way through the hall, there just might be some chances for you to win some cash! Plus, the results of our Silent Auction and our Exhibitor Game will be revealed. Don’t miss this chance to meet and greet your peers and our loyal vendors in an informal setting this weekend!

MAC Exhibitor Scramble Game!

Winners Drawn at Saturday Night Reception, 6-7p

Be sure to join the fun and play our Exhibitor Scramble Game during the convention. Visit the booths of participating vendors to get a letter. Once you have all the letters, unscramble the word, enter the drawing, and you could win some cash! Winners will be announced during the Saturday Night Reception, 6-7p in the Exhibit Hall. You must be present to win. Don’t miss out!

Silent Auction

The MAC silent auction is back! Our incredible exhibitors and sponsors have donated some excellent items, and this year Prestige Authentics will also be on site with their awesome collection! Prestige travels across the nation with their silent auction items, helping organizations like the MAC maximize our donations. Their items include sports, entertainment, and even presidential memorabilia, and includes such items as autographed guitars, helmets, jerseys, purses, fine jewelry, and much more! Make sure you check out everything they have to offer!

Also, walk through the Hall and see the prizes donated by our exhibitors. Be sure to ask vendors if they have silent auction prizes, or if they are doing their own in-booth door prize drawings. Check the MAC website for prizes and additional information.
