Summary:

In a recent decision announced October 12, 2023, the Supreme Court of Ohio ruled unanimously that Ohio’s Uniform Trade Secrets Act was not violated by a funeral director who contacted customers from his previous employer to transfer their preneed funeral contracts to his current employer.
