OFDA, along with the Indiana Funeral Directors Association (IFDA) and the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky (FDAK) are happy to announce the inaugural Tri-State Leadership Academy kicking off in mid-September.

Tomorrow's funeral professional leader will need to be nimble and embrace change by addressing workforce pressures, consumer preferences, and governmental challenges while encouraging collaborative work styles and investing in the future of compassionate funeral service.

Is your funeral home looking to empower impactful leaders and provide leadership skills to the future of your funeral home? The Tri-State Leadership Academy will provide expert knowledge to academy students.

Participation in the Academy is limited to five individuals from each state. As of Friday, August 23, 2024, all five spots for Ohio have been filled.
