Saturday, September 12 - Sunday, September 20, 2026

Join your 2025/2026 OFDA President, Charles Wilson on an exciting "Hub & Spoke" travel program!

Experience the beauty, charm, and spirit of Ireland on this memorable journey hosted by 2025/2026 OFDA President Charles Wilson. This unique “Hub and Spoke” itinerary lets you explore Ireland’s most iconic sights while staying in one charming location for five nights, followed by two nights in the vibrant city of Dublin.

Your adventure begins with an overnight flight to Shannon, where you’ll be welcomed to the picturesque village of Adare. Settle into The Dunraven, a luxury country house that has been a landmark in County Limerick since 1792. Stroll through Adare’s quaint streets and thatched cottages before gathering with your fellow travelers for a warm Irish welcome dinner.

Over the next several days, discover some of Ireland’s most breathtaking landscapes and storied landmarks. Stand in awe at the towering Cliffs of Moher, travel through the remarkable limestone terrain of The Burren, and enjoy a lively sheepdog demonstration at a local farm. Journey to the dramatic Dingle Peninsula, where you’ll stop for lunch in the charming seaside town of Dingle and visit the South Pole Inn, once owned by famed Antarctic explorer Thomas Crean.

Take a scenic train ride to the colorful harbor town of Cobh, the Titanic’s final port of call, before visiting the world-famous Blarney Castle to kiss the Stone of Eloquence. Enjoy a full day exploring the Ring of Kerry, known for its rugged coastline and sweeping mountain views, and take a traditional jaunting car ride through Killarney to admire the lakes and scenery that have inspired poets and painters for centuries. End your stay in Adare with a memorable farewell dinner at The Dunraven.

Continue on to Dublin, where a lively lunch and music performance at Taylors Three Rock sets the tone for your visit. Spend the next day exploring the city at your own pace with a hop-on hop-off bus pass and admission to one of Dublin’s top attractions, including the Guinness Storehouse, EPIC Museum, GPO Museum, or Jameson or Teeling Whiskey Distillery. Enjoy your final evening in Ireland soaking in the atmosphere of this historic and energetic capital before returning home the following day.
