OFDA Announces 2023-2024 Board of Directors

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

COLUMBUS, OH — May 8, 2023 —The Ohio Funeral Directors Association (OFDA) has announced its Board of Directors for 2023-2024. Members of the OFDA Board of Directors were installed during the Annual Membership Meeting held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at the 143^rd OFDA Convention and Exhibition. 

Michael S. Schoedinger, CFSP, CPC, of Schoedinger Funeral & Cremation Service in Columbus, will now serve as OFDA President.

Steven J. Hartwig of Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, will now serve as OFDA President-Elect.

Charles L. Wilson of Schlup-Pucak & Wilson Funeral Home in Akron, will now serve as OFDA Secretary/Treasurer.

Lloyd E. Rankin of Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Homes in Cincinnati, will now serve as OFDA Immediate Past President.

In addition to the Executive Officers, the OFDA Board of Directors includes Northwest Regional Director Jennifer M. Schlosser, Wapakoneta; North Central Regional Director Geoffrey H. Gompf, Cardington; South Central Regional Director William K. Taylor, Jackson; Southwest Regional Director Jolene M. Winter, Harrison; East Regional Director Nancy K. Castellucci, CFSP, Alliance; At-Large Director Lauren N. Oxender, Montpelier; At-Large Director Brittany Waits, Mowrystown; Ex-Officio Joan E. Billman, CFSP, Jefferson; and Ex-Officio Terry L. Palmer, CFSP, Chillicothe.
