In OFDA's December 19, 2024 Digital Director, it was announced that the "Go-Live" Date for the vital death records system was postponed to July 1, 2025 from its original January 1, 2025 date. During OFDA's Convention in April, Ohio Department of Health Bureau of Vital Stats relayed that the "Go-Live" date has been postponed to Fall 2025.
