Following Part One, presented in person at the OFDA 2026 Convention & Exhibition, this webinar examines how Ohio funeral service laws and administrative rules are created, interpreted, and enforced. Attendees will gain a practical understanding of Chapter 4717 and the Ohio Administrative Code, including how statutes, administrative rules, and board authority shape compliance expectations.

This session equips licensees with foundational regulatory knowledge to better interpret obligations, anticipate risk, and make informed compliance decisions.

Upcoming sessions in this series (webinar format):

  • Damage Control in the Digital Age: Crisis Management When a Funeral Becomes a Viral Headline and Clickbait (June 8, 2026)
  • The Boardroom, the Hearing, and the Aftermath: Navigating Disciplinary Action and Board Proceedings (Date TBD)
