Ready to take your leadership skills to the next level?
Ohio ACEP’s Leadership Development Academy (LDA) is an innovative, year-long program designed to develop tomorrow’s EM leaders. The program offers participants instructional sessions and guided real-world experience in the arenas of political advocacy, public education and leadership. 

Why apply? 
Along with gaining valuable leadership and communication skills, LDA members will participate in unforgettable experiences including ACEP Council at ACEP23 in Philadelphia and ACEP’s 2024 Leadership & Advocacy Conference in Washington, DC.

What will I take away from the LDA?
As part of the Ohio ACEP Leadership Development Academy, participants will:

  • Develop skills to meet the challenges of emergency medicine
