The Society of Ortho-Bionomy International was incorporated as a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization in the state of California in 1984, then incorporated in Indiana when the office moved in 2008.

Grievance Policy
All grievances are kept confidential until a recommendation is made by the Professional Conduct (previously Grievance) Committee, to the SOBI Board of Directors.
Members of the Professional Conduct Committee remain anonymous throughout and after the Grievance process has been completed.
