Thanks for writing this article and offering resources for experienced job seekers.

I am part of the "Sandwich Generation" who, in addition to meeting my living expenses, is financially responsible for my son in his 20s who cannot find work as well as my father who's pension is inadequate.

I have work experience that I feel could be valuable to many employers--yet, they tend to select younger workers...
