Dr.Hamda Alnaimi is a Certified Career Counselor (CCC) and a Certifies FCD Instructor from the National Career Development Association (NCDA) with 27 years of experience in Qatari Educational system, 14 of which in career advising. Hamda has a hands-on experience in advising students and job seekers finding the right career paths. Working in the scholarship department in Qatar, Hamda has a good insight of the scholarship programs which enhance the service she provides especially for students who qualify for such service.
Hamda has been rewarded a PhD. From the University of Reading for her thesis that studied Qatari Students future educational and occupational decisions and the factors affecting these decisions. Getting her master degree from Ohio University in secondary education , Hamda had the chance to attend an American high school and live a real experience that helped her dealing with issues across cultures.
Dr.Alnaimi currently serve as Career Development Consultant in Qatar providing several training programs such as employability skills, and facilitating career development. She also volunteer to provide free career advising service for various clients.

In addition, he has developed four psychometric assessments to help individuals explore their personalities, interests, competencies, and values. He was also fortunate to be supported in building the largest website in the GCC to help high school students choose their career paths, called IKTSHAF. Dr Jeffrey Chan is an accomplished leader in career development with extensive contributions to education, program leadership, research, and advocacy. He has lectured at two universities in Singapore, mentoring undergraduate/ postgraduate students in career counseling, educational psychology, and vocational assessment. Additionally, he has developed professional development programs and workshops, equipping educators and practitioners with essential skills. Jeffrey was awarded the 2015 inaugural Asia Pacific Career Development Association Emerging Leader Scholarship for his contribution in the field of career counseling and continual involvement in his future work.
As the Master Specialist of the Education and Career Guidance Branch at Singapore's Ministry of Education, Jeffrey oversees policies and programs supporting students across all educational levels. Since 2015, he has recruited, trained, and supervised over 200 career practitioners and 16 supervisors. His innovative projects, such as online career planning system and eLearning modules for teachers and counselors, have earned him prestigious awards, including the MOE Outstanding Contribution Award and Innergy (HQ) Award. Jeffrey has written articles for internal publications on cutting-edge career development approaches, including Hope-Action Theory, Challenge Mindset, and strengths-based strategies. He has also contributed to adapting culturally sensitive career assessment tools.
