Stephanie Haynes is a certified NCDA Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Instructor who brings more than two decades of experience in education, coaching, and career development. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), and holds the NCDA’s School Career Development Advisor (SCDA) credential. With a background in secondary education, Stephanie began her career as a high school teacher and instructional leader, developing a deep understanding of how people learn and grow in real-world settings. Over the years, she has trained new educators, coached school staff, and designed learning experiences that translate complex concepts into clear, applicable strategies. Stephanie now focuses on helping professionals support youth in building meaningful, personalized post-high school plans. She created the World Changers Academy, a career development program for teens and young adults, and authored College Is Not Mandatory to expand awareness of nontraditional paths to success. As an FCD Instructor, Stephanie combines practical insight with personalized support. She understands the demands professionals face and creates a collaborative, encouraging environment where learning feels manageable, relevant, and energizing. Her goal is to make sure each participant not only earns their credential, but also feels fully equipped to make an impact in the lives of those they serve.
