JOB SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the overall maintenance strategies for the Dowagiac, Michigan plant in order to achieve maximum mill capacity and efficiency with minimum unscheduled downtime. This position collaborates with and receives direction from the Dowagiac Plant Operations Manager.
