COMPANY SUMMARY:
Ohio Ag Equipment is a division of Ohio CAT, the exclusive, authorized dealer for Caterpillar equipment and engines throughout Ohio, northern Kentucky, and southeastern Indiana. Ohio Ag Equipment sells and supports high production Ag equipment including Challenger agricultural tractors, LEXION combines, AGCO Application Equipment, and much more. The division's operations are conducted out of the Upper Sandusky, Washington Court House, Napoleon, and Millersburg locations, and divisional sales are expected to exceed $100 million.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The parts sales person will be responsible for maintaining the parts for needed availability and production. This position will include taking parts calls and waiting on the service counter including all paperwork and processing of it accordingly. The employee will be expected to perform all related warehouse duties, participating in stock returns, interact with internal and external customers, and include the assembly of custom hydraulic hoses. This person is expected to perform all necessary tasks surrounding contamination control effort and conformity and have a strong focus on safety. Additional responsibilities may include handling cash, check and credit card transactions for the branch counter sales.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and have an excellent team work ethic.
