Position Summary
Luckey Farmers, Inc. is offering paid internships in the Woodville, Ohio area. Internships typically begin with the completion of the spring semester. Interns can begin working prior to the school year ending with permission from the hiring manager.
Luckey Farmers, Inc. is looking for 2-3 individuals, who would like an opportunity to gain valuable experience and receive a paycheck while doing it.
Agronomy Crop Scouting interns have a hands-on opportunity to connect classroom knowledge to the field first-hand. The summer will consist of weed and insect identification, nutrient testing, soil sampling, miscellaneous operations work and providing customer service to growers. Although agronomy knowledge is helpful, no previous work experience is required. This position requires a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
Eligible Student Candidates: Incoming Freshman, Sophomore, Junior thru Senior in College.
Expected Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with possible overtime and weekend hours.
